The Mac v. PC Ads

2 years, 2 months ago

I think that the latest Mac v. PC ads are hilarious, mostly because I think they are pedantic and condescending to everyone on both sides of the "divide". I think the sole winning factor is that it is John Hodgeman, who is great in every television appearance (loving him on The Daily Show), as the poor PC. I saw a sneak showing of A Scanner Darkly last night. I thought it was great. It really touched at a lot of the heart of the Phillip K. Dick novel and had some really good acting performances. Office 2007 SmartArt

Found out first hand today how dangerous a tool SmartArt is. Let's just say that I had a way too pretty/professional looking PowerPoint in way too little time... it shall be a nuclear weapon in the world of College "art over substance" presentation creation, now even the quickest created PowerPoints can look like it was the product of a Corporate Marketingdroid.
